Called to Care for Souls | Staff Testimony
August 15, 2026
We’re thrilled to introduce another member of the Amnion team, Chelsea Griffith, as our Office Coordinator.
Here’s her story, in her own words:
“After going to college, not knowing what I wanted to do with my life, and a few major switches, I decided to study Christian Ministries due to my desire to learn more about theology, dig deeper into scripture, learn how to apply Biblical truth to everyday life/living, and learn practically what discipleship & evangelism looks like. As I approached graduation, there were moments from a worldly standpoint that I regretted the major I chose. However, I did feel the Lord’s calling as a Christian to care for souls, and although one does not need a ministry major to respond to that calling, I do feel that through my studies the Lord prepared me for my future role here at Amnion (before I even knew anything about them). ‘
After graduating from Grove City College in May of 2024, I got married and moved to “Delco.” I was unfamiliar with the area but felt drawn to the pregnancy center ministry – although at the time I was not quite sure why, besides the fact that I cared about the sanctity of human life and the Gospel. In looking at different pregnancy centers in the surrounding area, the timing either was not right, or I found that many of the ones claiming to be Christian operations watered down or even completely excluded the Gospel from the work they were doing.
During the summer of 2025, my church started a partnership with Amnion. I had never heard of them, but was immediately intrigued that my church found their operation to be a ministry worth supporting. After researching Amnion and reaching out to them, I was impressed with the work they were doing and started volunteering. In the Lord’s timing, a position became available that would allow me to fulfill my desire to care for souls with my love of organization and helping. I am so thankful to the Lord for leading me here and am grateful to be serving alongside the amazing staff here at Amnion!”
