I have always been pro-life, and am honored to work for a ministry that encourages families to choose life in such a compassionate and caring environment. I appreciate all of the PEOPLE who are connected to Amnion -- those who are passionate about the ministry -- from the employees, to Board Members, donors, volunteers and clients who give of their time, talents and resources to support this Kingdom ministry. It is such a blessing to touch the lives of the people we serve.
After 7 years as a stay-at-home mom the Lord led me to Amnion as the new Business Manager. I am excited to participate in this life-affirming ministry and honored to be a small part of the wonderful work Amnion does in providing hope and support during an unplanned pregnancy.
I have been married to Bill, a chef, for 17 years, and we are the proud parents of Clara, 12 and Willie, 8. Our home is made extra exciting by our rescued 3 year old Beagle mix, Lulu. I believe Amnion is making a difference because "...with God all things are possible."
I had the opportunity to serve on the medical unit transition team as a volunteer at Amnion, and God opened the door for me to join the staff as the Nurse Manager. I am excited to see what He will do as we expand to offer ultrasound services to our clients. I am grateful to serve in a place where life is affirmed, and compassion is extended with care and understanding.
Ever since I was little, I’ve always known that I wanted to help people. After my sophomore year of college, I was blessed with an internship at a pregnancy center and absolutely fell in love with their mission. My heart for women and men facing unplanned pregnancy grew and I became passionate about serving them and showing them the love of Christ.
I was so thankful when God opened the door to Amnion as the Development Coordinator right after graduating from Penn State! To be able to use my time and talents to work for a cause that I care about so much is truly a gift. I am thrilled to be working with a ministry that passionately pursues helping others, protecting life, and sharing the love of Christ!
I recently married my wonderful husband Nathan and moved to Eastern Pennsylvania from Pittsburgh. In my spare time I enjoy reading, hiking, baking, coffee shop dates, and spending quality time with those that I love!
I believe in Amnion. This organization is outstanding in its approach to those in need. Amnion puts a premium on love and shares it with everyone, no matter where they are from, what they believe, or what they’ve been through. I love Real-Ed because of its vision for young people. I am so passionate about young people because I remember being one, and feeling unsure and unnoticed. RealEd is a great opportunity to foster exponential growth in our community’s knowledge of healthy relationships. I chose to work at Amnion, because they’ve chosen to share love with everyone.
I grew up in Delaware county, studied Liberal Arts in college, and enjoy serving at my church and working with youth of all ages. I’m also a film making and sports enthusiast.

I truly believe in God's appointed timing. I've been a stay at home mom for the last four years. Realizing that I wanted to return to the workforce, I knew my previous career in fundraising/development would not allow for the work life/home life balance we as a family needed. So, I carefully looked for opportunities with my first passion, social services. As a former social worker, a mother and a believer in Christ everything about Amnion and becoming a client advocate seemed right.
Now, I spend my work day supporting and helping women and families make life-affirming choices. I share God's word, my heart, my testimony and my prayers on a daily basis. Its a beautiful thing to be apart of this safe haven and Christ- centered work space everyday. With the great staff and God's help I pray all families touched by Amnion will grow in grace and know the undying love of Christ.
While serving as a missionary in Seoul, one of my students told me she was pregnant. Her parents demanded she get an abortion or she'd be kicked out. She hadn't graduated; she didn't have money or a place to go. I knew in that moment God had a plan for this young woman and the child in her womb. Our church community responded by surrounding her with love and support.
Nine months later, she and her new husband, the father of the baby, stood at the front of the sanctuary with their beautiful newborn girl and shared how God brought them back to Him through this unplanned pregnancy and the love He poured out through the church. This experience impacted me deeply.
I served in campus ministry for 5 years and am now back in school earning an MDiv with an emphasis in Biblical Counseling at Westminster Theological Seminary. I work as a Biblical Counselor here at Amnion and at Logan Hope School in Philadelphia. When I'm not seeing clients and reading dense theological textbooks, I enjoy spending time outside hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, reading literature and poetry, and petting all the puppies.
God is at work at Amnion, and I'm thankful to be a part of this team as we witness His truth and love impact the women He entrusts to our care.
